Went for jogging again today but today's performance seems to be poorer. Couldn't run fast for too long. Today's training was quite a nonsense to me. I also did a bit of arm power training by lifting log. I am so happy that i see rainbow today. Not one but two. Sooo.... beautiful. Too bad i do not have a digital camera. Long time never see such a beautiful scenery. Hope I can have more chances to see it again.
