For being torture by a big big ulcers on my right cheek for almost 5 days...The pain woke me up every night...i tried all means to try to relieve it --- putting salt(which drive me crazy as we all know), apply Bonjela(which is better than salt), rinse my mouth with oral-b mouth rinse solution, drink salt water, put ice(wondering how it helps?? it helps but last only for a few minutes only), drink warm water and hold it at my ucler area(same effect as salt) and drinking a kind of cooling water... After all these toruture, i thought what happen and why this happened on me...THennnnnnnn.........i finally realised!!!
For the past one week, i have been drink CHOCOLATE milk for everyday, each day almost a full packet!!! WHAT THE HELL!! ( for those who dunno why, the reason is chocolate is a heaty food/drink)...not only that, everyday i go to school, i drink less than 500ml of water...then within 4 days, i ate 4 pieces of KFC fried chicken...so basically all these contribute a lot of "heat" in my body which result in a uclers...how it became big?? well...got one monkey(which is me..haha) tot the skin in his mouth is a nuisance, so he go and try to pull it off...in the end, the hole became so big that the ucler can "attack" me so badly.
On Friday,i went out to eat steamboat buffet at Suntec City...This was the second time i went there. First time i went there was after the release of my o lvl result...then i and my friends went there to sort of celebrate that we pass and did reasonably well...this time i went with my ex-popular supervisor, Meizhen, and two of my best buddies, Louis and Kenneth...I quite like this steamboat buffet cos every single person is given a "boat" of their own..meaning they need not share and can cook anything they want without worrying that their friend got some food cannot eat(such as beef and pork...)it cost $25.80/person..but with posb atm or debit card, 15% is entitled so each person pay around $22..basically they have meat(chicken, pork and beef), chicken rice also have, free flow of water( unfortunately only plain ice drinking water),D.I.Y dessert(ice cream,cakes,fruits and ice kachang), Rojak, Niang Tofu,Seafoods and vegetables...We ate till 10.25pm(they close at 10.30pm and last serve around 10.10pm) and left...we were all quite full and tired..haha...actually i ate just nice for my stomach...then got one "horse" took a lot of fruits and never eat...in the end i have to force myself to eat them all them...btw when i was eating steamboat, my uclers was almost killing me...then we had a walk to fullerton hotel before taking a cab home...
see..i ate so much of prawns
