i m getting lazy to update my blog liao..haha..lately has been quite busy..working almost everyday..my job is a temp service for CPF and i am station at Ciyuan CC to help people who want to have a cheque payment for their Progress Package..I tot this job was very challenging which was true for the first few days as their were ppl rushing down to the CC just to sign up for the bonus and enquiries things such as why they never get workfare bonus? why are they getting so little money when they are already getting the maximum amt they can get? sometimes get a bit irritated by such people..i also remember a case when the customer came down to ask why he did not receive the letter?? he is sure he qualify for the Progress Package as he is a Singaporean of aged above 21...then we were trying to explain patiently to him to get more info abt him so that we can understand his situation..however this guy seems totally no patient at all..just asking if he dun have to letter, he just go to ATM to sign up also can wat...he was like talking at his top of his voice...in the end, he just walked off angrily saying we dun understand wat he trying to say...i also dunno wat to say when facing such an agitated customer...there are also cases where customers took the letter down to us and explain the letter to them esp old folks..
anyway after the first few days, the rest of the days simply is hell...becos mine is a void deck CC, thus the number of customer visit the CC will always be less than modem CC..sometimes less than 10 customers in 7 hrs of work...time passed by slowly..i got nothing to do but staring on the ceilings and walls ard me...so i brought comics (Slam Dunk) and discman to help me make time pass faster..last 3 days, i was transferred to Hougang CC, which is a modem CC, temporarily..i can say the previous 2 staffs were very boring in there though there is a TV in there for them to watch...they took CPF brochures, crash it and threw up ceiling hole...they even took toilet paper, wet it with a tap inside the room and threw it against the wall...i dunno how effective was that in passing time, but i knew the first day i worked there, i got complain from a cleaner working at their CC regarding both of them...haha...
During these few days of work, i really want to thank for gf for coming almost my every work day to keep me accompany and buying dinner for me...other then treating her well in future, i really can't find any other way to repay her..really quite fortunate to have her by my side...THANKS DEAR!!
by the way, i received my enlistment letter...7 July...a very long waiting time..i tried to call them to ask if i could volunteer for PTP as i always feel i am still not fit enough to take the 9 weeks of BMT...guess i need more self discipline to train myself...i have also received SP graduation..it was dated 4 July...guess my hair is saved for Graduation liao..haha..rather excited to get my diploma..wahaha...
